Product Features

1.Except for the motor, all other parts are made from high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel(304 or316L),which is suitable for  filtering acidic and alkaline solutions with a wide range of pH values.

2.The machine employs pressurized closed filtration, which    minimizes filtrate loss, ensures excellent filtration quality, and offers high efficiency.

3.The filtering unit consists of ten filter plates, offering a large filtration area and ahigh capacity for filtration.

4.Depending on the different production processes of the filtered   solution  (e.g., pre-filtration, activated  carbon  removal, particulate removal, semi-fine filtration, fine filtration),the filter can be equipped with various filter membranes. The number of filter plates can also be adjusted according to the required flow rate, making the machine flexible and suitable for a wide range of applications.

5.The filter plates feature a flat, threaded mesh design, which is advanced, non-deforming, and easy to clean. This design significantly extends the lifespan of the filter membranes and reduces production costs overtime.

6.The machine is equipped with a stainless steel liquid pump, which uses a small motor for lower power consumption.
