The Programmable Automatic High-Pressure Polypropylene DiaphragmFilter Press utilizes high-pressure polypropylene as the diaphragm material.Unliketraditional chamber filter presses,this machine features two elastic membranes installedon both sides of the diaphragm plate.During operation,a high-pressure fluid isinjected into the diaphragm plate.When the filter cake completely fills thefiltration chamber,thefiltration process stops.Next,an expanding medium,such as wateror air,is injected into the diaphragm plate,causingit to inflate. This inflating diaphragm appliespressure to thefilter cake,and as the pressure builds up,the liquidthat can passthrough the filter cloth is pushed out.This processallowsforsecondarydewatering,significantly lowering the moisture contentofthe filter cake.
