Filter Materials & Consumables
Filter cartridges and filter bags supporting JINLV equipment and compatible industrial systems.

Choose the operating concept before the model.
Consumables remain a supporting family. They can link to a separate consumables site, but equipment pages retain enough media compatibility information for correct selection.
Match filtration mechanism, material and interface to the equipment.
A media replacement must fit physically, survive chemically and deliver the intended retention result. Dimensions and micron rating alone do not establish compatibility.
Choose the mechanism
Use bag media for solids holding, pleated cartridges for fine area-efficient filtration, and cleanable media where recovery or reuse justifies it.
Check chemistry
Confirm process and cleaning chemicals, temperature, contact time and seal compatibility.
Set retention
Define particle distribution, nominal/absolute expectation, required efficiency and acceptable differential pressure.
Verify fitment
Measure length, diameter, end connection, ring/seam, support and gasket rather than relying on a visual match.
Preliminary media matrix
| Filtration need | Recommended starting route | Key checks |
|---|---|---|
| Moderate solids and economical change-out | Liquid filter bags | Bag size, ring, seam, material and terminal pressure drop. |
| Fine polishing with defined cartridge geometry | Pleated/depth cartridges | Rating, material, length, end style, gasket and integrity need. |
| High incoming dirt ahead of fine cartridges | Bag prefiltration stage | Stage loading to extend final-cartridge life. |
| Equipment and media are both being replaced | Equipment process selector | Choose the operating concept before the replacement element. |
Send process data plus interface evidence.
For replacements, clear measurements and photos of both ends are especially valuable.
- Fluid/gas and chemical composition
- Temperature and cleaning method
- Particle size and retention target
- Flow and clean/terminal pressure drop
- Length, diameter, end/ring and gasket
- Current part number, photos or sample
Continue to material, dimensions and replacement guides.
The consumables site contains the deeper product and technical-resource layer for media selection.
Final media suitability depends on the actual operating envelope, chemical compatibility and verified equipment interface. Customer validation is recommended for critical or non-standard duty.
Choose a technical starting point
Use the routes below to review a verified technical page or send the selected configuration directly to engineering. Final sizing follows the actual process conditions.
