Cartridge Filter Housings

Precision filtration housings for standard 2.5-inch cartridges and project-specific element arrangements.

Cartridge Filter Housings
How to use this family page

Choose the operating concept before the model.

Element media and housing cannot be selected independently. Chemical compatibility, end connection, filtration rating, pressure drop and replacement interval must be reviewed together.

Engineering selection system

Housing and cartridge must be selected as one filtration system.

Nominal flow is only the starting point. Media chemistry, effective area, end connection, seal material and terminal pressure drop determine whether a cartridge system will perform reliably.

01

Set the filtration result

Define protection, clarification, final polishing or critical filtration and specify nominal/absolute expectations.

02

Check compatibility

Review fluid or gas chemistry, temperature, sanitation method, extractables and required media such as PES, PTFE or PP.

03

Size effective area

Use peak flow, viscosity, dirt load and acceptable clean/terminal differential pressure to determine cartridge count and length.

04

Lock the interface

Confirm 10/20/30/40-inch length, 222/226/flat/M30/215 style, gasket material, housing connection and replacement clearance.

RFQ readiness

Send the operating envelope and cartridge interface.

These inputs allow engineering to confirm both the housing and the replacement element.

Reference flow and temperature figures are family limits, not guarantees for every material and cartridge. Final duty requires compatibility, hydraulic and interface confirmation.
